All Personal Chef Packages Include:
- Clients individualized food & nutritional assessment
- Customized menu planning and recipe development (menu’s approved on a Weekly & Monthly basis)
- Sourcing & Shopping for my meal preparation, and my pantrys inventory
- Food prep & processing, to include some baking
- Meal preparation in your kitchen (meals, appetizer, baked goods, snacks & beverages)
- Meals are prepared for as little as one (1) and up to six (6) people per serving.
- Safely cooling, packaging, labeling, and storage of your entrees & side dishes (includes heat & serve direction that are simple and precise).
- Kitchen clean up, trash & recycling removed
$175.00 per cook date + cost of food. 7 hrs. Ttl from above - Up to 5 hrs. in the kitchen
$240.00 per cook date + cost of food. 9 hrs. Ttl. from above - Up to 7 hrs. in the kitchen
Additional Hours for this service is: $30.00 per hour.
I can always guarantee a "Premium Fresh Service". Your meal plan, menus & recipes will be individually customized, exclusivly for you. Based upon your lifestyle, routine, nutritional parameters and preferences. Foods prepared, may be, (but not limited too) some breakfast, lunch, or dinner. After School Snacks, Grab-n-Go, Baked Goods and or Beverages.
Food preparation may be a one pot meal, casserole and or a traditional entrée w’ protein (animal or plant), accompanied by one (1) or two (2) side dishes. Side selections may be a variety of salads, soups, stews & chowders. Fresh seasonal veggies. Sweet potatoes, yams & other tubers. A variety of whole grains, nuts and seeds. Brown rice & beans. Whole grain pasta. Fresh fruit, Pickled & Fermented veggies. Dips, dressings and stock.
Choices are unlimited. Portions are as large or small as you like. Meals for one (1) and up to six (6) people. Prepared food is stored family style and or individually, in glass (Pyrex) or paper product. Heating instructions on your menu.
Your meal plan will reflect wherther I am preparing fresh foods to be stored refrigerator & dry storage only. And or some freezer foods as well. As part of my approach to holistic food preparation, I do believe that freezing food will comprimise the foods nutrients, flavor and texture. Fresh food provides the assurance of the highest degree of nutrients and flavor possible. Also the best plate presentation.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE Your scheduled cook date will be a priority and exclusively reserved and require you to secure a date on your chef’s calendar. A food deposit is payable in advance unless others arrangements have been made. Payment in full upon completion of meal preparation, per cook date, unless other arrangements have been made.
CONTAINER FEES - does not always apply.
At the time of your client assessment / questionnaire for preferences, your chef will determine a need for and the use of storage containers for your entrees. Determining if you need to purchase food storage containers or not. The containers will be purchased for you for the cost of containers only and be reimbursed at time of first cook date. A full spectrum of containers will likely run from $50.00 to about $80.00, for the lifetime of the service. I suggest glass containers with lids and or dishwasher safe disposables recycle friendly, heavy-food grade plastic. To include but not limited to, paper products, and baggies, etc...
CANCELLATION
Your scheduled cook date will be a priority and exclusively reserved. This will require other clients to accept another cook date and or enter a waiting list to be served. Therefore a cancellation fee will be expected & charged unless your chef is notified one week, seven (7) days before your scheduled cook date. Cancellation fees equal 50% of The Service Price for the plan your chef was scheduled to cook for.

- 15% service charge, added to all catered invoices
- Deposit of 25%, total invoice to secure the date you have chosen, refunded from your final bill
- Appreciated is a final menu one week prior in order to acquire specialty goods and a final guest count at least 72 hours prior to event
