Thank you for considering R’You Being Served, an in-home personal chef service that will skillfully customize each client’s individual needs.
  1. After viewing my website, and reviewing my services: may I suggest you first e-mail me with some questions you may have. How you heard about R’You Being Served, and your need for “my” personal chef service. Explain what service you may be interested in and or your ideas and thoughts for utilizing my service to shop and cook. What meals you are most having difficulty achieving. Do you have a nutritional health goal and or problem you want to feed. Anything you think of that can help me better understand your need for my service. How soon you were considering: a start-up cook date and what weekday works best for me in your home kitchen.
  2. Upon receiving your e-mail, I will respond within 24-48 hours with the best time to reach me.
  3. Together we start with a brief telephone interview to determine how it is I can best serve you by phoning me at 208-841-1096. Or continue by e-mail to ryoubeingserved@earthlink.net leaving your name and number, reason for calling, and best time to contact you.
  4. Following our telephone interview I will e-mail and or fax you a questionnaire sufficient enough to customize a sample meal plan, and menu.
  5. We later meet for a personal interview where I provide you with an initial, complimentary no obligation consultation to assess your nutritional needs and any specific dietary and or health issues, allergies and or restrictions. Talk about your taste preferences, your likes and dislikes. We also go over any questions you have and the first meal plan and menu customized exclusively for you.
  6. At our personal interview, I assess your kitchen space, oven, and burner and grill availability. This helps me to work efficiently in your home. I will take a look at my new workspace, your additional appliances, refrigeration, freezer space and the need for containers to package your entrees and their side dishes.
  7. Next, we schedule your first cook date UPON AVAILABILITY.
  8. On your scheduled cook date, I will shop for the freshest natural ingredients. I will then prepare your entrees and appropriate side dishes, snacks, and or grab-n-go foods in your kitchen with most of my own tools. I do like to use clients’ pots and pans where applicable. After the food is prepared, I will safely cool, package, label, date and conveniently store your food for you, leaving you simple heat & serve instructions.
  9. Lastly, I will leave your kitchen spotless and with the aroma of and the home made meals that you deserve. Take out the trash & recycling.
  10. If you are satisfied with the service and wish to continue with it. We will set up your future cook dates.
  11. Menus are approved prior to cook date.
